Custom Orders
Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to be added to the customs list. Customs are currently running 8-10 weeks excluding shipping time. If you elect to cancel your order after a custom is placed, the deposit will be retained by Legacy Leatherworks LLC.

**Custom orders are not eligible for refunds**
In-Stock Orders
In stock orders usually ship within 24-48 hours of purchase. Tracking information will be provided upon shipping label creation.

In stock items (items that were in stock and ready to ship) are eligible for refund within 15 days of purchase if a manufacturer defect has been noted. Items must be unused and in new condition as when received.
Payments, Pricing, and Cancellations
In-stock items: Payment in full is the only option accepted. We currently accept PayPal through the website. Upon emailed request, Venmo is also accepted.

Custom items: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to be added to the customs list. The second payment is due upon completion of your set prior to shipping. Any items not paid for in full will not be shipped until payment in full is received. Once details of your custom have been finalized, you have 24 hours to make changes. No changes will be made after 24 hours. Proofs for your designs on tooled projects will be sent via email or Facebook messenger for approval before finalizing the design.

Pricing: An estimate will be provided to you prior to accepting a deposit. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Tooling projects will vary on pricing due to the complexity and nature of designs.

Cancellations: If you elect to cancel your custom order prior to completion, the 50% deposit will be retained by Legacy Leatherworks LLC. The second payment will be voided.

Accepting PayPal through our website. Upon request, Venmo is also available. Please email us if Venmo is required.
